A Sole Selling Agent may be an individual, firm or a body corporate who is appointed by a company who would be appointed to market & sell the product or goods of the company in the area where company may not have access. The person will be exclusively selling the product or goods of that company and not that of any others in full capacity and for this the Sole Selling Agent will be given salary or commission.
A Sole Selling Agreement is an understanding in which the distributor will be the only person dealing in the products of the in a particular area including the rights to sell products for cash or credit, period of contract, rate of commission etc.
