The firm has been established in the year July, 1983 with a vision to shape new standards in
deliverance of services. Since then it has been synergic and as a consequence of Herculean
endeavors, now has six partners out of which two partners are the Fellow members of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India. Head Office of the firm is located at Odisha and having Branch
office in Odisha, Jharkhand, Maharastra, Madhyapradesh , West Bengal and Gujrat.
As a partner-led business, each of our clients has their own client relationship partner. Our
experienced professionals oversee all affairs in order to have a clear comprehension of our
customer’s needs, based on which a consistency of quality services is assured. We emphasize on
maximum communication to ensure clear-cut apprehension of issues and areas of concern.
Therefore, we stress on strong communication with the client and consider their feedback extremely
valuable. When we learn about things we could do better, we act swiftly to address this.

CA Chandra Sekhar Samantaray is the founder partner of the firm since 1983 and Dilip Kumar
Sahoo (FCA) Joined as partner with M/s. Samantray and Co dated 01/10/2019 and CA Himansu Sekhar
Padhi , CA Abhishek Gupta and CA Rekha Kaarthic joined the firm in the year 2022 .Staff of our
organisation consists of qualified and experienced professionals like CA, DISA, FAFD, CS, MBA,
LLB and Retired officers from Nationalised Bank, Pvt Bank with impressive and dynamic track
records. They have the ability, capability and expertise to render and supervise various professional
services being provided by us.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1983 and the principal partner of the firm. He is specialized in Statutory, Concurrent Audit, Internal Audit of Banks, unlisted Companies and Public Sector undertakings , exposed to Banking domain in most appropriate way including hands on experience in audit , inspection and due diligence and conducted Information System audit of various banks. He has in-depth exposure of Internal Financial Control evaluation and implementation. Moreover, he has conducted numerous Due Diligence of banks and corporates for the purpose of takeover or amalgamation. Further, He has long years of expertise in the field of Project Finance, management & business advisory services.
CA HIMANSU SEKHAR PADHI

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 11 years which includes 7 and half years experience in Inspection, Audit , Investigation , Corporate Credit appraisal in banks. For more than three years he was engaged in RBIA and fraud Investigation in a private sector bank. Demonstrated ability in executing critical finance functions such as Budgeting, Fund Management, Cost Control and Treasury Operations, Finance, Direct and indirect Taxation and specially looking into indirect taxation matters. Adept in formulating and implementing Finance & Accounting Policies / Procedures in align with Accounting Standards, Rules and Regulation . Proven track record in having carried out internal audit, tax audit, statutory audit of many entities. He is also a strategic planner with proficiency in monitoring and implementing internal control system for financial and non-financial Processes.

from ICAI. She has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale

CA Pankaj Lohiya is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has
conducted various Bank Audits, Company Audits etc. In addition to above he has also worked in
the field of Income Tax & Audit Matters and known as an expert in the field of Audit and Company
Law related Matters.
