Optional Reverse Charge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Supplier:<\/strong> Author.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recipient:<\/strong> Publisher.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> The author can exercise an option to pay tax under forward charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Lending of Securities Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Supplier:<\/strong> Lender (person who deposits securities)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recipient:<\/strong> Borrower (person who borrows securities).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Declaration Forms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Annexure I:<\/strong> Declaration form for authors exercising the option to pay tax under forward charge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annexure II:<\/strong> Declaration to be made in the invoice by the author who exercised the option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annexure III:<\/strong> Declaration by entities that have opted to pay tax on GTA services under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Definitions and Explanations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Definitions for terms like &#8220;Body Corporate,&#8221;
